Owner & operator of Jim’s Hot Beef, hunky husband, girl dad, baker of breads, smoker of meats, Chicago Cubs diehard.
Eventually Pat will read this and rewrite the whole thing, but in the meantime, I’m gonna gush about him. Jim’s Hot Beef has been a will-they-won’t-they situation for so long, we’re ecstatic they finally sealed the deal! Jim’s is both a love letter to Pat’s family and a testament to his skill and care as a chef. He can quite literally cook everything, but he chooses to make sandwiches. Why? Because THEY ARE THAT GOOD. And because we are firm believers in feeding people what you love to eat.
